  • What are your business hours?

    Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

  • How do I pay my rent?

    Log into your online portal to pay your rent. If you are not yet registered, please create an account here!

  • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    Please submit a maintenance request through the tenant portal.  or call us anytime at 412-567-2720.

    1. From the Home or Maintenance tab, click Request Maintenance.
    2. Enter a detailed description of the issue, upload one or more photos of the item needing attention, give the property manager permission to enter with their key, then click Submit Request.
  • How do I apply for a rental property?

    You can reach us at any time, and we will assist you! Our number is 412-567-2720.

  • What documents do I need to provide during the application process?

    Generally, all we need are a few months of pay stubs and your current landlord’s contact information.

  • How is my application evaluated?

    We review your income, the upkeep of your current residence, and a previous landlord verification.

  • Do you accept Section 8 vouchers?

    Yes, we do! 

  • What is your pet policy?

    No large pets. Smaller dogs and cats are allowed with management approval.

  • What are the rules regarding lease renewals or terminations?

    Please discuss this with management.

  • Can I sublet my rental unit?

    Not at this time.

  • Where can I find the resident welcome letter?

    The resident welcome letter is typically sent after your lease is signed. You can download the welcome letter here, fill it out, and send it back to us at your earliest convenience. If you need any assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.
